The job...
This is a brilliant residential agency sales role opportunity, pure and simple, selling to an existing database and servicing qualified leads. You’ll be working alongside an established Residential Sales team and will be working leads and enquiries to convert them to viewings and sales.

Conducting viewings like the most charming of hosts, negotiating offers like a master, delivering the highest levels of customer service to your clients and working with the Branch Manager on market appraisals and vendor management you’ll take all of this in your stride.

Moving from one deal to the next, juggling your priorities will be something you’re used to and you’ll have all the support you need to succeed.

You’ll love doing deals and you’ve got plenty of enthusiasm and energy to throw at the role – this one’s not for those who enjoy a stroll through the day – it’ll be fast-paced and rewarding. You’ll have a solid grasp on sales processes and won’t need schooling in the basics – this is a step above those early days as a neg.
You’ll know exactly what excellent customer service looks like and really enjoy helping your clients.
You’re well-presented, a fluent communicator, driven and you easily absorb lots of information, quickly.

In return...
Our clients are looking to offer basic salary of £22-28,000 with an attractive commission structure and initial OTE of £45-48,000.
With the commission structure at a minimum of 10%, rising on a sliding scale to 20% you’ll have plenty of opportunities to smash it.

There are also offer other fun team incentives, great surroundings and a fantastic team environment in their flagship Canary Wharf office.

Oh, and they’re also offering a mobile phone, pool car, Cycle to Work scheme and of course, pension.
