RealRec are delighted to be working closely with an extremely well regarded firm of Chartered Accountants who have been established for over 75 years and who are based out of their Bloomsbury offices in Central London (WC1). My client specialises in advising clients within Property, Creative Industries, Start-Ups, Charities, Schools and Owner Managed Businesses.

Our client are looking for an experienced Secretary, who has an excellent understanding of what is required and expected of a secretary within a professional services environment. The successful candidate will be joining a small team of Secretaries and Administrative Assistants, helping to support the 7 partners and team of consultants.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5+ year Secretarial experience within professional services
- Excellent email/correspondence writing
- Experienced at working from dictation
- Good IT skill set is essential (supporting the implementation of IT Projects)
- Diary management
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Extremely organised
- Well spoken

The salary on offer is £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, but we may consider more for outstanding candidates. Please note our clients are open to candidates seeking part time and/or flexible working hours.
